Review of action plan put in place by the team, level of implementation and progress. Gaps in attaining set objectives proposed solutions moving forward.
Tracking of difficult patients was also done from the tracking register review of APS retention.
Documentation in patients' files was also reviewed and mentoring done appropriately.
