Description
Following a poor Q3 retention performance in two of cluster 3 sites, we decided to start a CQI project on tracking of IITs and prevention of client loss. We have as goal to move from -9.75% and 78.7% in Infirmerie Prison Centrale and Nicolas Barre respectively to at least 95% by the end of Q4.
