Description
The HVL register was reviewed and the gaps identified were addressed. All HVL patients who had received EAC sessions and not properly documented were updated and those not yet received were linelisted for a follow up call so as to be enrolled and properly documented in the register, patients files and counselling forms.
Those who had had a persistent HVL and switched to second line were reviewed if a resistance test was done or not before switching the clients.
The link to complete patients on second line who did a resistance test and those who did not was filled and it was realized that most of the codes drawn from the database were not corresponding with what we have at site
