Description

At CMA Elig-Essono, APS still feels reluctant to use the tracking tool despite all the coaching methods given.
Out of 5, just one is doing as requested from last month's mentoring.
- Retention is optimal as we do not have a great amount of loss and have gained so far 9 new clients.
- So far the potential IITs are coming back.
- We might record a few cases of TO and hope it doesn't affect the retention at the end of the day.

HVL/EAC
- Documentation is not optimal
- Pending viral load results despite recollection. The viral load focal point was coached on an effective method of tracking old results and pending results with the collaboration of the biker and the reference laboratory. Seh is to provide a list of samples of pending results from January 2023 till date and give it to the biker to crosscheck with the reference lab. in this case if there are samples to be recollected, we will be very much aware of this and work with facility and Aps concerned to get the samples collected. Hoping to get results soon.
