Viral load cascade (HVL/EAC, ELIGIBILITY)
- Ensured all clients eligible for either 1st, 2nd, and 3rd EAC were notified, and session carried out documented. Though there are gaps which is the non-availability of EAC forms in the patient's files for some. As mitigation, I will do copies and share them with them for updates.
- Ensured line list of clients eligible for the collection was printed and redistributed.
Retention
- Tacking of potential IITs with one return today.
- In as much as the retention is at 100% a slight drop in patient loss always affects the retention in a negative way. Hence continue efforts to ensure no losses are recorded.
