-Triangulation of testing done by APS tester in entry( OPD,ANC, Labour and delivery, surgical Unit, Laboratory, TB/Medical unit, UPEC, Community, pediatric and index testing).Positive identified with the month, those linked APS's who does the continuous follow up.
-Index case testing( total number of index identified, offered, notified and document in the index testing register by APS tester).
-Number of suspect case identified and tested,
-total number of community testing done by APS Tester(1 by 2 testing)
There above mention was triangulated with each APS register alongside the electronic document (DAMA) and data and APS score cards validated for correct documentation.
there was also triangulation of treatment current and patient movement with some APS using their CCM,DAMA and tracking register.
